Speaking on the hustings at Wormwood Scrubs today, the Prime Minister promised free porn, fag and snack vending machines in prisons, the right to four visits a month from sex workers for every old lag and even earlier release dates for Western EU's (formerly Britain's) 15 million criminal population.

Tee hee there are actually one or two constituencies with lots ofn criminals and it will make a real difference
