Hari Puttar

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - An Indian court has cleared a Bollywood film accused of plagiarising the "Harry Potter" brand, saying viewers would not confuse the international film and book series with "Hari Puttar: A Comedy of Terrors."
Dismissing the plea against the Hindi-language film, Delhi High Court said Warner Bros., which owns the rights to Harry Potter movies, had made "belated attempt to trip up" the film.
do hope Mr. City Slicker and Mr. Nick Drew have spotted their peril.Whilst the makers of Hari Puttar may be in the clear I am far from certain the inventors of Barry Trotter and the Exciseman's Chamber...are not risking an action against them.( For bloody awful jokes if nothing else ...). Ms Rowling has of course recently bunged the Labour Party a million , the dirty little mud-blood.

I have recently been 'deleted by the moderators' at the BBC/Peston, so nothing would surprise me and I am retreating to the C@W bunker forthwith

(incidentally the beeb episode - in which I had merely cast a little doubt over whether the government's spin on EDF's takeover of BE is to be taken at face value - shows just how nervous they are about rocking the boat with the Brothers Brown ...)
