N - post this to digg.com, you'll get loads of readers.

As for the questions, I think I got about 16 or so....what is my IQ then?

I'm a sheep shagger, you get £15-30 for kebab crap, but £50 for a good fat lamb.

The likes of Tesco keep your lamb prices down, even though it's the most expensive meat pound per pound. Nice way of controlling inflation is supermarkets, couple big business with globalisation and you have an easy answer as to why our housing stock is hyperinflating.

Apparently, Asians buy 25% of our lamb, if it wasn't for them sheep farming might even be bankrupt.

I got a few right!

The supermarkets and globalisation have kept retail prices down - allowing HMG to tell us that inflation is dead - meaning that they can print money with impunity.

Newmania said...

And by chnaging the measure of inflatioon and notably by not including House prices .Global markets are behind the boom though and i dread to think waht would happen here if there was hiccup . By the way people fprget thet North Sea Oil is vitally importnat to the Uk and is running out

Question 17: £2.5 Billion. Does that include an allowance for all the benefit entitlement which is not actually claimed through error and omission? And what proportion of the total is this error figure? And how much is error and how much is fraud? And what proportion of the error is on the part of the civil service rather then the, er, customers?

There are more questions than answers.

Newmania said...

It was in a couple of Papers Chris but I don`t have the ref here( at work). That seems relatively efficient to me ...my expectations were never high

Tesco is evil. It used to be "every little helps". Now it's "We know where you live and if you don't shop with us every week we're going to break into your house, rape your cat, scratch your Bruce Springsteen collection and vomit all over your cactus garden."
That's why you should use cash. They can trace your cards. THEY are watching....

Newmania said...

hallo mermaid thats a bit of a non sequitor but you make a good point

And they keep the price down by screwing almost every penny out of the lifeblood of their SME suppliers - not just farmers, all manner of small company services relating to getting that lamb on your plate.

The make near miraculous demands in terms of service levels and quality - straight cucumber or round tomato anyone? - while paying rates to SMEs which they can barely afford to work for.

Exactly. I do use cash too. We should all use cash everywhere and wear hibjabs to give the government's tracking devices a break down

Good blog this, I would nominate you too, newmania, if I was still blogging on Iain's site. I can't post on there now as Ian's enforcing Google registration again.

Never was in favour of registration, but I'm even less in favour of it since my troll, she who adores Milliband (Swam), cocked up and posted the following on Iain's:

"webcrcwIain says Dates clash..."
But there was no webcrwIain - not on Iain's site or anywhere else I've seen. No, tell a lie, I'm sure Swam cocked up once before, on webcameron, and posted the same ID. Both times it was followed later by Swam's 'Woops, what happened there? Must be my Mac.' Haven't they all got got Mac's? wecameron rcw Iain. So that's who she is. Hmm. Ooooh, am I asking for a trolling now :) And before you ask if I've flipped m lid, no, I haven't.

SME's are vitally important too. 99.97% of our companies are small to medium sized, the vast majority are small. Yet nulab are not just allowing but encouraging the corporate giants with COEs who donate a £million a throw to nulab to damage our SME base.

One of the key ways nulab's done this is by doing away with the Monopolies Commission and transforming it into the corporate giants compliant pet quango: Oft - Office Of Fair Trading. Whereas the old Monops Com controlled unfair competition and practices by preventing the giants having more than 25% of their markets, the giants are now allowed to duck and dive themselves into around 40% market share. That's disasterous for SMEs.

That's because it's in such an obscure code thst even I, the originotor, have troube understanding it. I know I'm flogging a dead horse here, but will try again. This evening's clue is:

£270,000 divided by 2

And even I, the originator, have trouble understanding that :)
