Quick One

On the Chinese written language, the ideograph that stands for "trouble" represents two women under one roof.

Is there one that shows the husband shagging the secretary?

Ideogram is a nice word.

Those of us who study oriental ways prefer 'kanji'.

Sorry - just me being a smartass again.

...ideograph's good too.

clever people these chinese.

Ms Smack - a friend was teaching me japanese on a plane to Hawaii as there are many japanese there. We were having fun with it and I asked what the japanese equivalent of 'how about it darlin'?' was. She said there was no equivalent in the language - a japanese person simply wouldn't do that. I'm guessing the chinese are similar and the husband simply wouldn't shag the secretary. I believe they have other entertainments. Western culture can't compare!

Two brains Kev , you have surely noticed that I pretty much make it up as I go along . Croydonina is the clever one.

It's surprising isn't it, Philipa ?

The Chinese have no 'mating call' and yet they breed so prolifically.

The writing is on the wall, read it and weep, I am taking no prisoners on this one, the blog war, that is, and I have an axe to grind. Don't you just love freedom of expression? You have been targeted, you are in my sights, a nice bit of Tory sleaze and a conspiracy, thanks to Croydonian you can now get a taste of what's to come on my blog.

PS. I'm not taking any prisoners the system is already too overcrowded.
