'A US photographer has been fired for urinating in a cemetery while covering the funeral of a soldier killed in Iraq. Gerry Edwards was covering the funeral of Sgt James Musack, 23, of Riverside, Iowa, when he urinated in the cemetery while waiting for the procession to arrive. At a recent hearing for unemployment benefits, he testified he was unable to leave the cemetery to urinate for fear of missing the funeral procession. "I feel like I did nothing wrong except take care of business," Edwards said. "If I went in my pants, that would be really unprofessional. If anybody saw me, you know, walking around - it would have froze. So I'd have icy urine on my pants"'

I don't see what he did wrong. Should he have pissed in his pants?
Good point Enmak ...?
I admire that you are able to post so much and so often.
No waonder you are now on the blogging a-list!
May he rest in piss.
...I meant the journalist of course.
Well he should have gone for a wee wee beforehand. Bloody men and their bladders, peeing outside just because they can (without undignified squatting).
Good pun Ken ,very funny ..I must say I do wonder how a mind like yours gets along in what some call " Meat World"!!
Nice to see you Margorie I was abit concerned I might have offended you
I admire that you are able to post so much and so often.
Cannot go on CU I need to work and I like commenting on and reading other peoples things more really
No, not offended in the least Newmania. I appreciated your opinions and hope you understood some of mine.
hope you understood some of mine.
Of course. Up late aren`t you Mz M. I have been out doing real world politics. My wife`s mother was a single mother in council accomodation and she worked all her life .When she dies she couldn`t even bury herself and I had to pay.
We had only recently met ( Self and Mrs N.) So it was quite an experience to be caught up in. I can`t think of anything that has affected me so much...
There are so many different stories.Nonetheless policy concerns the mass and not all of it is right at the moment.
IMHO
I know that, Newmania. But it is so easy to get caught up in our own bubbles. Which is why it's good to hear other peoples experiences, for which I thank you. Honestly, I have given your replies quite a lot of thought.
On a different note, I am having a most rewarding week at work. Won't go into it too too much, but it makes me feels so pleased and thankful to be able to be of help, and it's amazing to witness how people cope in the most difficult of circumstances. This means much more to me than job security, a good pension and the dreaded Key Worker scheme (WHICH I DIDN'T USE!).
Yes, it is late, so night night.
p.s. I am sorry about your mother in law. I didn't mean to gloss over that.
Long time ago M and we did not know eachother well I only meant it as an example of the ways things can be different to the head lines.
